Another possibility can be H pylori infection.
H pylori can cause persistent nausea.
This is a bacterial infection of the stomach.
H pylori is checked in the stool or breath test.
H pylori requires 3 different medications for 2 weeks for treatment if present
diarrhea is not a common symptom of H pylori.
Viral infection is another possibility.
But since H pylori has not been checked, this should be tested.
No that will be it.
You can get an ultrasound of the abdomen if H pylori test comes back negative to check for gall stones.
viral symptoms can last for 3-4 weeks.
Please include plentiful amounts of raw fruits and vegetables, especially dark green leafy vegetables and orange, yellow, purple and red colored fruits and vegetables.
void the saturated fats like: full-cream dairy products, margarines, processed vegetable oils (hydrogenated fats), deep fried foods, foods that are not fresh and contain rancid fats, preserved meats, animal skins and fatty meats.
You can continue with exercises as tolerated.
