Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries
Upper part (systolic blood pressure) normal is less than 130 and the lower part (diastolic blood pressure) normal reading is less than 80. If the reading of the systolic blood pressure is between 130-139 then its called as prehypertension and these people are at increased risk of developing high blood pressure in future. The diastolic blood pressure between 80-90 is termed as prehypertension.
So your blood pressure readings are not too bad at all
Some of the readings of the systolic blood pressure may fall in the prehypertension range otherwise I think that your blood pressure is okay.
I would still recommend that you should reduce salt intake and start with regular exercise if you do not already do so.

Just a slight correction. The normal systolic blood pressure is less than 120 and not 130 and the prehypertension is labeled when the systolic blood pressure is between 120-139. So you do fall in the prehypertension group and you should do regular exercise and reduce salt intake and reduce weight if you are overweight.
is my diastolis pressure of 65 to 68 correct?
Your diastolic is okay.
I would not worry about that.
