Dear XXXXX, Thanks for providing quick additional information.
I'm so sorry to hear of your discomfort.

It is possible that you may be suffering from Cluster headache. Usually it is related with one side of head.
Other possibility is-
Migraine headache- It is a form of vascular headache and is aggravated by high stress periods, hormonal changes, irregular sleep, food habits, bad lifestyles etc. There can be various triggering agents.

These symptoms can also occur in mixed tension migraine that is a headache with features of both tension(stress)and migraine headaches.

Your doctor may recommend Triptans, such as Sumatriptan (Imitrex). Several weeks of anti-inflammatory (steroid) medicines such as Prednisone can also be advised.

Pain in rib cage, is supposed to be originating from the rib cage, which is the only pain sensitive part that moves during the act of breathing. It is not related with heart disease.
Possible cause can be traumatic or inflammatory and not something of cardiac origin. It can occur with muscle pull or nerve compression.

To treat this condition doctor advise for medications. These are-
-Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like- Motrin, Naproxen ,Aleve.
-Antidepressants, specifically tricyclic antidepressants, are very helpful.
-Muscle relaxants, are also very helpful in such cases.

A thorough clinical evaluation is necessary for precise diagnosis.
A visit to primary doctor at the earliest can be done. If possible, please get it checked in ER.
Further management would be advised by your doctor.

Please let me know how I can be of further assistance.
