Ive been having pressure on my chest and throat. Mostly my whole back has been hurting all the way up to my neck and shoulders. Its been happening the past 4 or 5 days. Im not sure if it is anxiety or what is happening.

Yes it feels tight. I had a bad cough about 2 months ago that lasted a while. It got better after that but I still seemed to have a little cough for awhile. But not much in the past couple of weeks
