Thank you for your question
The serum ferritin is something that indicates total body iron stores which is okay.Your TIBC is also normal which is great.
Even though your iron is a little on the higher side and iron saturation is also high I would not worry about this blood report as this WILL NOT lead to your symptoms of low blood pressure, fatigue and joint pains.
So the botXXXXX XXXXXne is that your body iron is fine.
and this is not the cause of your current symptoms.
With a low blood pressure, fatigue I would have your thyroid function test done if that is not already done.
I would also like to test your adrenal gland to make sure you do not have Addison's disease.
Since you have already had these tests and are normal
I just read them.
I think that your current symptoms could be due to premenstrual or menstrual symptoms.
There is a long list of symptoms that a lady can have at your age due to failing ovaries.
Which is what I think could be the most likely cause in your case.

Sorry I said menstrual
I meant MENOPAUSAL

Thank you. I will be more patient. I am waiting for my hormone results. The first pass was inclusive, so the doctor ordered a 24 hour hormone test that will test all hormones and provide an average for the day. I am just getting lost in the world of specialists.
