Sat night I felt great while driving it just hit me I was so nauseas pulled over to vomit again at my friends house on the was home I ran in the house vomiting on and off 2 hrs. Next two days my body very weak and stomach weak. Headache on and off. Never felt like this

The cause can be varied - Infection {viral - most common/ bacterial}/ increased acid secretion/ excess alcohol or smoking/ allergy to a particular food, extra

Avoid alcohol, smoking or spicy food.

Limit dairy products {milk to be specific}.
