Hello, I fell and think I bruised my rib just below my pectoral. I experience major pain when I move or bend certain ways. I am also experiencing a clicking noise every now and again. Also, when the clicking happens, I feel a weird vibration.. I had an X-ray and they said that the rib isn't broken... Should I be worried??
Hello from JA
This is more likely tendon and ligament damage, which an x ray will not show, and which generally will heal.

If you are not better in a week, consider an MRI, but this is usually not necessary.

It has been about a week now since the fall, and it wasn't clicking before but it is now..

Clicking is usually not a problem, it is simply ligament or tendon slipping a little, or joint popping.
If this continues, some physical therapy can be helpful.
