Than can be quite normal
Drooling can do it.
Acid reflux can do it
Gum disease that is severe or other dental problems can to it.
If it is excess salivation, this has a lot of causes and you need to see your doc as soon as possible.

I am not drooling, nor do I have acid reflux nor gum disease. My saliva seems thicker and bubbles; I constantly have to swallow, always aware of it. What do I do about it?

It can also be from dry mouth.
Or many other problems.
You need an exam to narrow this down

It could be from autoimmune disease for example.
