No not that I'm ware of. Back problems x-football player now a commercial block concrete company yes my back hurts from time to time.

I think these symptoms in your leg are coming from your low back

Weird sensations like this are nerve related from the low back. Low back pinching on nerves presents with leg symptoms.

I think there is likely not a blood clot or any other problem in that area

No never.

drink beer, go about 6'2" and 300lbs but three weeks ago I was jogging in AZ in the heat and felt fat but good. This just happened in two days and driving me nuts I feel it ever 4-5 seconds.

I really don't think this is a blood vessel problem.

It's throbbing because of inflammation but the vessels are likely fine
