How long has it been since you have had a fit check on your mask?
How long since you have had a recheck of your CPAP settings?
2weeks for mask
2 WEEKS FOR MASK
JAN 2013 FOR MACHINE
Can you speak with your sleep physician about this? You may need to get a retitration study.
it may be that the settings need to be changed a bit or that you might benefit from a different mask
other things to consider are the possibility of a sinus infection or something going on that could make the machine work less well than it is supposed to
so bringing these concerns to your primary physician would be very reasonable.
It's very hard to say if the problems your son heard and saw are of any significance
That would have to come from a repeat study
I'm sorry to tell you that but many people do snore on their CPAP machines and this is considered normal
the drooling/liquid problem is likely a fitting issue with the mask
sleep apnea is not snoring alone, it is snoring to the point that you stop breathing and nearly wake up
the fact that your son had to wake you up is actually a good thing
and argues that the machine was doing what it is supposed to do.
