chest xray will not be helpful to diagnose mold allergy.
You need to get mold allergy skin testing.
For this, you should see an allergy specialist.
The symptoms can be treated with steroid inhaler like Fluticasone.
Oral antihistamine like loratadine can be added daily.
and oral prednisone course also is favored initially to minimize the allergic reaction.
Most importantly, you need to change office to avoid any further mold exposure.
You may develop asthma and chronic lung disease if not addressed properly.

could local hospital er test foe mold sickness or an allergist?
allergies is better.
ER will not do it.
they will refer you to the allergist
