Kidney infection does not usually cause swollen neck glands.
However, kidney infection can cause fatigue.
Swollen neck glands an be caused by the other viral infections.
Sometimes the glands can be swollen from the autoimmune disorder.
Rarely, this can be a presentation of lymphoma.
If the glands are enlarged for long time, a lymph node biopsy ( FNA) will be appropriate.
If the biopsy is negative then this is not concerning.
