It is likely you are reacting against a food item, medication or an environmental allergen.

Mysticdoc :

Mysticdoc :

Mysticdoc :

Steroids can be used as they are stronger than allegra or benadryl in resistant cases.

Mysticdoc :

Please also discuss with your doctor.
