I am Dr. P. Jyoti, MD. I promise to use my full experience and knowledge to provide answers specific to your question. Feel free to ask me anything.
hello would you like to chat on this?
with negative stress test and negative angiogram cardiac causes are more or less ruled out
did the gastro do an ultrasound or ct of the abdomen?
I don't believe so.
i believe these are important tests for you
conditions like gall bladder stone can cause such pain
other possibilities to rule out are pancreatitis, liver cysts, abscesses,
another simple possibility is that this is simply muscle cramp
muscle cramps can be precipitated by exercise
you should take care to keep yourself well hydrated as dehydration can often cause this
also have a lot of electrolyte fluids like Gatorade
apply warm compresses to the chest area at night
do gentle stretching exercises of the arms in the morning and night
also take Vitamin B and E which helps in such cramps
but do also discuss with your doctor about doing an Ultrasound or CT of the abdomen to rule out any abdominal pathology

any further questions?
What kind of doctor would I see to check on the gall bladder?
your primary can do it
all you need is an ultrasound of the abdomen which your primary can prescribe for you
if some pathology is found, then you will need to be referred to a surgeon
Also, if it is a muscle cramp, which is what it actually feels like, then how do I work with this. Can a different type of excercise help.
yes, stretching exercises of the arms
do gentle stretching exercises of the arms
do once in the morning and once in the evening
stretch your arms out gently forward, backward, upward downward and to the sides
also rotate your arms gently in circles, first one way then the other
trick is to do it very gently and slowly
this will help your muscles to relax
you should get better with this
but do also discuss with your doctor about doing an ultrasound
Thank you for your time. At least I something more to go on. I will check with my doctor on the ultrasound. Have a good day.
glad to help
