For about 1 1/2 days I have a higher pulse than usual, but still under 100beats per minute. When I measure it I feel that sometimes I am missing a beat. At that moment it feels actually like my heart is beating faster. Similar feeling to when having a really excited moment, like riding a roller coaster. Just that it doesn't stop happening while I am awake. When I just woke up from sleeping everything is normal until I move (or start thinking about it).
I do have more stress than usual at this point. Right now its hard for me to judge if I am throwing myself into a fit. Have to travel across the country in 48h (back home) and I am unsure what to do at thus point.
Thank you for your question. I will try to help you with your question.

Do you take any medicine? Any over-the-counter medications?

Do you smoke?

Do you use products containing caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks)?

Do you have any medical problems?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I don't take any medications other than the nuvaring.

I don't smoke. I drink some coffee, maybe 1 a day.

I don't have any known heart problems and also have no other symptoms with it.

This may be nothing more than some anxiety or panic attacks, however since you are scheduled to travel cross country, it would seem very reasonable to see a physician or an urgent care clinic that could check you for any serious heart rhythm problem.
