breathing no but movement yes

Yes, it might be a pulled muscle from sleeping funny if you are not having any other symptoms.

what other things should I look for that might suggest something else , this doesn't sound like a heart issue does it?

it could also be an increase in your costochondritis.

what can I try to releave this, my sister felt my rib area and said it was really tight, she was a nurse, okay so that I understand ...this could be a heart issue?

No. I do not think it is a heart issue. I would suggest using a heat pad and trying some tylenol.
