Are you sure it was inception and not infarction or intussusception?

This is what the radiographer advised me this morning that it was inception of the bowel. My doctor hasn't returned my calls as I was advised to have a CT schan and then perhaps surgery

I think you are referring to intussusception.

This is where one part of the bowel telescopes into another part.

This can cause gangrene of the bowel
