My blood pressure today is 140 / 60. I checked it because I am feeling light headed. I am 60 years old and take lisinopril and klor con (I reduced the prescription in half when blood pressure came down from 150+ to 115/90 several months ago)However, I just returned from a 3 day pack pack trip at 11,000 ft elevations and am currently at 8,500 ft. Is there anything to be worried about? Thanks,Curtis Driver

Hello it is my pleasure to help you140/60 is high normal on the systolic side nothing much to worry about regarding the BPthe fatigue and light headiness feeling may be related to decreased O2 on high altitude not making enough going to the brain tissue causing such sensation.I Hope you get better soonAny other questions let me knowif I was able to help you your (EXCELLENT) rating is very important to me so I would get compensated for my time and answer
