Hello,On Wednesday night the first of August, I started to pass gas not long after I ate and then went to bed (camping) I had violent cramping in mid-right abdomen (was the worst) the rest of the abdomen was tender. On a scale from one to ten, the pain was a 7 when I didn't move and a 10 when I did. (I've had a cyst on my ovaries implode before and the pain was way worst then that.) I was able to "rest" for about 5 hours when shooting pain happened and I had to go throw up. It was violent and lasted for about a minute. Seemed that all my dinner passed. for the last two days, including today, my stomach is tender, if I press on a spot (right mid-abdomen) it hurts more when I release the pressure then when I press in. It seems that I am bloated but I am able to sleep, eat and do not have any more nausea. I am not taking any medications, quit smoking 3 months ago, I am trying to get pregnant and my LMP was on the 17th of July, but there has been no vaginal bleeding. For the last 3 months my body has been playing tricks on my because I really want to have a baby, so I'm thinking nothing of my starting to be sore breast (has been happening for the last 3 months right after ovulation). I have a high pain tolerance and don't want to go spend hours in a clinic for something that is potentially nothing. Help and thankyou

Thanks for the question and coming on Just Answer. I would like to have few important details. Any history of heart burns? Any known medical illness such as diabetes? History of alcoholism?
No to the heart burns, no diabetes, and I'm a casual drinker, on that day I had 4 cans of 5% vodka coolers in a period of 10-12 hours.
Thanks for the details. I would like to say that with these symptoms it is important to investigate few important possibilities such as acid-peptic disease with its induced complications such as peptic ulcer disease, liver disease (inflammation of liver), gall stones. I will highly advise to see your physician or visit ER for complete early evaluation and tests which should include abdominal-pelvic scan, liver function tests, full blood count, stool culture. You can take Syrup. Gaviscon available OTC for five days. Avoid spicy or junk food, avoid alcohol and pain killers.
