What are these tiny bumps that form on the edge of my eyelid? I have been occasionally been getting these tiny little bumps on the edge of my eyelid, right up against the eye (between the eyelashes and my eye).They are particularly irritating, as they rub against my eye and make it feel like there is an eyelash rubbing. Not exceptionally painful, but it will make my eye water and PLEASE how can i get rid of that irritating feeling, it makes me want to rip them off with my nail! thanks!

Clogged oil gland of the eyelid can occur if there is too much oil, due to overproduction or infrequent cleaning of the eyelids. If bacteria on your skin mixes with the oil in the clog, inflammation occurs, resulting in a red pus-filled bump that looks like a pimple on the edge of your eyelid. Styes usually drain on their own in a few days. You can try using warm compresses on your eyes to break up any clogged oil glands on your eye lid. Sometimes viruses can also clog up oil glands and cause styes.
no, i'm quite sure its not a stye or a chalazion, its more like a tiny blister, it doesn't look like a pimple at all, its on the edge of the eyelids, where they close shut to one another and it is very very small less than 1mm but very irritating, it feels like an eye lash being pulled out, or rubbing against my eye.

Those look like clogged oil glands on the eye lid. they don't look like styes, but they might be. it would be unusual to get so many styes.
well i only have one of them, that was an example image to help me illustrate the little bump as it is quite difficult to describe it, so just a clogged oil gland? can i pop it?
