Hi there
Thank you for your question
According the the latest treatment guidelines interferons are necessary for the treatment of hepatitis C
Interferons along with ribavirin is the standard treatment for all the patients with hepatitis C currently
There is no treatment like filtering of blood like you say or like kidney dialysis.
You will have to contact a gastroenterologist or a hepatologist for treatment of your hepatitis C and it is with interferon and ribavirin combination and the duration of treatment varies on the genotype of the virus.
