Hello
it is my pleasure to help you
the only thing that can be related to what you are experiencing is maybe some gastritis from the acidic orange juice causing this stomach pain.. I do not think it is related to your neck pain.. it may just be coincidental muscle spasm in the neck
I would advise you to try zantac or tums OTC and warm pads and tylenol for your muscle spasm this should help

Hope you get better soon

Any questions let me know
if I was able to help you your (EXCELLENT) rating is very important to me so I would get compensated for my time and answer
