Dear customer,I am Dr.David and I’m happy to help with your question today. I need the following information from you, so that I can provide you the best answer:Do you have diarrhea or loose stool? Is there nausea or vomiting?Do you have continuous pain or is it intermittent?I am online and is waiting for your reply.Kind Regards- Dr.David
No loose stool or diarrhea, continous pain. No vomiting but I hav been feeling nausea, but I have been taking gel ibuprofen 500 to 600mg but it upsets my stomach due to my acid reflux,so I don't know if its associated with that or the pain
Dear Sonia,Thanks for the valuable info you had given.I’ve taken a close look at your question & the reply and come up with the following answer:Many green bowel movements are caused by eating large amounts of leafy, green vegetables.Green, leafy vegetables contain chlorophyll which could be coloring the stool green.Another cause of Green stool is that when food has passed through the intestines faster than normal (called decreased bowel transit time), before it could be changed from green to brown. The pain in lower right quadrant can be due to various causes like:appendicitis, kidney stones, diverticulitis of the colon and inguinal hernias, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease(PID),ovarian cysts.Appenidicitis seems to be probable cause. You need following tests:-Ultrasound of lower abdomen,-Colonoscopy,-Endoscopy,-Stool examination & culture,-CT scan abdomen.Exact diagnosis can only be made after physical & clinical examination. So I advice you to go to ER(emergency room) now for these tests & examination to know the exact cause & then treatment will be done accordingly.Till then take tab.Acetaminophen for pain relief. It is available as over the counter & will not cause acid reflux or upset stomach.Hope this helped.Your satisfaction is my prime goal and I'm happy to answer any follow-up questions you may have. Please feel free to ask if you have any other question.Kind Regards- Dr.David
