Welcome to JustAnswer!
Thanks for your question. Please provide me the following information so that I can address your concern appropriately.

Do you have any pain when you press in that area? Any cough, fever, breathing difficulties, nausea, sweating? Any other health issues? Is this pain radiating to any other area? Any stomach symptoms?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No pain on pressing or any other symptoms. When I take a deep breath, left side feels tight and I experience more discomfort. Pain is mild.

Thank you for the information.
I am sorry to hear about your symptoms.
Based on your description, you seem to have a mild chest pain without any other associated symptoms. This is not a typical presentation for heart related issues. Thus, I suspect it as a costochondritis or muscle pull. These are benign conditions and most people get better with conservative measures. You can take rest and use OTC pain meds for few days and see if you feel better. In the meantime, keep eye on new symptoms such as severe chest pain, nausea, breathing difficulty, and sweating. Please consider doctor visit( ER) if you develop these symptoms anytime.
