OKYou need to see a urologist to make sure that the circulation in the penis is OK. Ultrasound can show this.You need to be checked for diabetes at this point as well.Sometimes compression of the pudendal nerve can cause this...Sometimes disc disease in the back.The only treatment is to identify an underlying cause and correct it as possible.
