I have a burning in both feet, bottom, it started about 5 months ago, I sarted a new job where I have been walking a tile floor for at least 12 hours, a day 6 days a week, plus i jog every other day 3 miles a day. The pain is so bad I can hardly concentrate on my job, and I don't sleep well because my feet never stop burning, I have tried wearing proper shoes that were comfortable, but to no avail. My feet feel like little sparks are going of underneath the skin, I finnaly went to a foot specialist 3 1/2 weeks ago, she thinks I have a problem in my back causing the pain to run down in my feet (carpul tunnel) had me taking celebrex, and I quit running, well I took all 30 pills and my feet are still the same, do you have any ideas on how to releve this pain?

HelloThis can be plantar fasciitis..an inflammation of the connective tissue on the bottom of the feetDid you have an MRI of your lower spine?
No, I don't have any insurance, so I am limited on what I can do, but there is some burning on the top part of my feet too, I am in pretty good shape for a 50 year old, running 3 miles in 24 minutes, use to be in the marines, feels like nerves all over my feet.
OKMeds alone for a lower spine problem are not going to fix it..you need the correct manual therapies. This sounds like neuropathy..causes as followsunknown cause Disc disease in the lower spine..being over weight makes this more likely, an MRI would reveal this Diabetes B vitamin deficiencies Certain autoimmune diseases and neurologic disease such as poly neuropathy Liver or kidney disease Hidden infections Heavy metal toxicity hidden malignancyI would suggest that you see a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor...this will be way more cost effective..if you have disc problems you will get manual therapies to fix them.

Untill I am able to get the funds up to see a doctor, is this something that might go away or what could be the worst that could happen?
It is unlikely to go away without help..if it is correctable.More nerve damage is the worst outcome.Missing another illness.Call the health department and find out where the neighborhood clinics are..they are on sliding scale for fees.
