Dear Jacustomer ,

I am sorry to know about your symptoms ,

I will recommend that you see a doctor who can do a physical exam , fasting blood glucose , as impaired blood glucose levels can present with shakiness and dizziness as you described . Low blood pressure or arrhythmia also can cause dizziness , so a ekg and repeat blood pressure check at the clinic should be done by the doctor
Serum tsh also needs to be monitored as elevated thyroid hormone can present with similar shakiness (tremors ) .
As your symptoms are acute , I will not recommend that you sit on it , I will recommend a doctor attention in ER or urgent care .

Thanks
