Okay, thanks for that additional information.
The most common cause for your nose to bleed would be from trauma (which is the nose picking). It can also occur if the air is very dry or if you are at altitude.
The blood vessels in the nose are very delicate, so you probably traumatise them and there is a scab on it which you blow off in the morning, causing bleeding.
Sometimes one side is more delicate that the other.
You need to stop picking your nose.
As well, do not blow it forcefully for the next 3 days
Apply a thin layer of vaseline or petroleum jelly to the inside of the nostrils before you go to bed..
This should do the trick!
