it is a pill, i dont have the bottle with me at this time.

It depends what it is
I use psyllium husk with probiotics, a powder, for patients, and it works well.
A nutrient dense diet is most important..more than any pill as this is bowel stabilizing.
And prebiotic.
Adding probiotics also helps.
