Hello,I went through both the reports you had at an 1 year interval. Pancreatic serous cystadenoma is a benign tumor {not malignant or cancer in simple terms} of pancreas. These lesions grow at a very slow pace. They do not invade surrounding organs or spread to other organs. They may remain asymptomatic or cause symptoms like pain, jaundice. The lesions which do not present with symptoms generally are closely watched and no treatment is needed. Surgery is generally needed in patents having symptoms.Let me know if you want me to describe anything in more details.Wish you well.Good luck
