Does wearing a hernia belt help? Also should I wear it every day? It's not sore or have any pain. I have an appointment to see my Dr. soon, just thught I could get some answers before my appoint in 3 weeks. What to do in the mean time.

HelloIt might or might not helpIf the hernia is small it might be OKIf it is not fit correctly it might just rub the hernia and make it worse.So you have to make sure it reduces the hernia.In many cases a jock strap is all that is needed.Or good briefs
