altace and hair loss

Thanks for the question. I would like to say that hair loss is not likely to be to due to Altace as this is not commonly observed or demonstrated in the literature. That's why it is less likely to be due that. I will highly advise to report this symptom of hair loss immediately to your physician for detail evaluation and tests which should include thyroid function tests in order to find out the cause and then treatment accordingly.
