Person's Gender: Male
Person's Age: 48
HelloIt does not matterStudies do not show a benefit of one multivitamin over another. In fact studies show no benefit, unless you are 65 and older and then show that there might be some benefit. At your age, with a good diet, a multivitamin essentially is a waste of money according to statistical evidence. And as little as 400 IU of vitamin E, the amount usually in a multivitamins..has shown to be associated with MORE heart problems long term in healthy individuals.A nutrient dense diet is far superior to a diet plus a multivitamin.
