I'm 48 years old and was wondering what is the best multivitamin for me ?

HelloIt does not matterStudies do not show a benefit of one multivitamin over another.In fact studies show no benefit, unless you are 65 and older and then show that there might be some benefit.At your age, with a good diet, a multivitamin essentially is a waste of money according to statistical evidence.And as little as 400 IU of vitamin E, the amount usually in a multivitamins..has shown to be associated with MORE heart problems long term in healthy individuals.A nutrient dense diet is far superior to a diet plus a multivitamin.
