Hi I haven't getting this pin size bump on my lower lip usually one or some time appearing in pairs. They usually last a day then disappear. I feel a little scab but i experience no pain or discomfort and there no scaring.please help

How can it be oral herpes don't these form sores on your mouth?
you can also have herpes lumps or lesions on your lips. just like you can have cold sores in your mouth or on your lips. but these are usually painful and usually don't just come and go. when they come, they usually last several days to weeks. so I think your bumps are most likely fordyce granules
Do thse fordyce granules come and go like what I describe earlier? Moreover, aren't they (fordyce granules) suppose to remain forever.
These granules, which can form as small group cluster, are sebaceous glands that contain no hair follicles. yes, they can come and go.
I think I have these forydce granules on my upper lips which just appeared and never went away. But shouldn't they behave the same way on my botXXXXX XXXXXps
