Hello
Thanks for your question.
These symptoms are likely from your lack of habit of running.
You need to gradually increase your running to condition your legs.
It is not a good idea to start baseball which involves lot of running without proper conditioning training.
Currently, you need to stop playing till the pain subsides completely which may take 2-3 weeks.
Then you start running training, treadmill will also do.
Graduallu intensify your training as tolerated.
It may take 2-3 weeks more to get into proper condition to play baseball.
but doctor this pain occurs till i play as soon as i sit for some time then it goes
yes that is because you are not well conditioned.
You can start with treadmill, then running exercises.
This should help.
thank you so much doc :) so last question, how long should i run in gym?
also do lower leg muscle strengthening exercises.
start at 15 minutes, then increase by 5 minute increment every 2-3 days.
i squat 100lb and hammer leg 300lb
ok that is good.
make sure you are training your legs 2-3 times a week.
i worried i have good leg muscle compare to my anyone in my team but my problem i do good for 15 to 20 minues then i cannot sustain as i feel pain..
This should improve you resume running training.
also drink gatorade frequently during the running to hydrate the muscles.
but doctor no one in my team neither run or go t gym, they do well at list dn't feel any pain then wh do i?
this may vary individual to individual.
the muscles may become tired for your case early due to the accumulation of lactic acid.
i have back problem hurt my disc during weight is this related to back bone issue
that is also possible from nerve related injury at the lower back.
what should i do then?
should try to run for 3 weeks and see how it goes?
i.e. as ou describe
yes start that and drink gatorade in between running and games.
thanks so much have a nice weekend :)
very welcome
