Hi Doctors I had a vertigo attack 3 weeks ago and it put me in bed for 2 days how long will this last I have seen a phys and it has improved greatly but it still is there mildly how long will it last

The duration of an acute episode of labyrinthitis, which is the most common cause of acute vertigo, can vary significantly. The acute vertigo can persist for as little as a few days or as long as a few weeks. However, there can be some residual symptoms, such as vertigo that occurs in certain positions or unsteadiness, that can persist for several months. It is typically impossible to predict at the beginning how long each episode will last.
