HiWelcome to JAAny other medical problems or medications?Have you had any studies or work up for this so far?
I have a hyperactive thyroid and I'm on thyroid meds, I have had blood work and I have a progesterone level of 4 which is low, I have cold hands and cold feet all the time, and irritable
Are you seeing an endocrinolgist?Have you had a sleep study? Have you had your complete blood count done?
No to all , what are u thinking?
Well, it sounds like you need to get your thyroid under control- if it is hyperactive and you are not feeling well, you need to see an endocrinologist to get this better balanced. That being said, a sleep study would be very helpful as well- you could be having episodes of sleep apnea, issues with entering sleepy cycles, etc. In addition, if you have not had your complete blood count checked, it should be done so.warm regardsPress the GREEN ACCEPT BUTTON if this was helpful
Another question, is it possible it sounds like low blood pressure, or adrenal exhaustion?
Not a bad idea, endocrinologist would also be able to assess this as well- seeing them would be a great plan. If blood pressure is an issue, they can have you do orthostatics- blood pressure- standing up, sitting down, lying down.. warm regardsPress the GREEN ACCEPT BUTTON if this was helpful
