A RARE CASE: My husband has had a rare injury in the summer

Resolved Question:

My husband has had a rare injury in the summer of 2011. He has torn two maybe three hamstring muscles in his right thigh playing tennis.
Semimembranosus and biceps femoris are definately torn and are lying approxemately 5-6 cm down in his posterior thigh. He underwent surgery on march 29. th in Denmark. The doctors were not able to help him since it was a complete rupture and there was to much scar tissue to pulle the muschels up.
The doctors and sugents in Denmark told us that the only place they knew about where they would be familiar with was in Australia and in the US.
I have looked at articles on the internet and some names of doctors who might be able to help have come up.
We are willing to travel anywhere to get help.
Can you help us with some name and adresses of surgents in the US who might know something about this injury?

My husband i 46 years old and extremely sports active

"I really hope for your help"!!!

Hello again.
I checked both surgeons out.
Dr John Bergfeld, MD only seems to deal with sprains not complet rupture of the muscles?
Are those the only alternatives you can think off?
