Customer Question

I have a lump on the tendon that is in the arch of my foot. Both tendons hurt (especially in the AM) but the lump is very tender. I have just started running again.

Hello,
Welcome to justanswer.com and thanks for your question.
Well as you describe you need to be seen by a podiatrist for a clinical examination and undergo X-ray of foot to rule out underlying possible cause which may include Tendonitis, Plantar fasciitis,Bony spur, cyst.
You should avoid running or other physical activities for a while.
You should wear Orthotics.
Also avoid wearing high heels.
Continue to take Motrin/Naproxen.
I suggest you to make an appointment with doctor for further evaluation and management.
I hope this helps.
If you have any further query then feel free to ask.

I shouldn't pay $55 to have you tell me to go see a doctor Waste of money. Please refund

Hello
This is an information site
Not a treatment site.

I have reviewed your posts.
It is not clear where this lump is exactly
Do you meant the bottom of the arch, where the arch support of the shoe would press on?
