I have an intermittent pinching feeling in the tip of my penis

Resolved Question:

I have an intermittent pinching feeling in the tip of my penis X 6 days. No discharge, no pain when urinating or ejaculation, no painful erection, no discoloration. What could this be?

Hello

Mysticdoc :

Thanks for your question.

Mysticdoc :

Have you ever had any penile infection or STDs like herpes?

Customer:

no, never

Mysticdoc :

ok

Customer:

No, never

Mysticdoc :

any recent unprotected sexual intercourse with new partner?

Customer:

no

Mysticdoc :

ok

Mysticdoc :

Then this is not due to any infection.

Mysticdoc :

This is likely from nerve irritation at the affected area.

Mysticdoc :

Muscle spasm near the sacral area ( tailbone) also can cause this.

Mysticdoc :

Please avoid sitting for long time.

Mysticdoc :

Wear loose undergarments

Mysticdoc :

Do some lower back strestching exercises.

Mysticdoc :

This should go away over time.

you can get tested for the herpes but usually the blisters or rash should have appeared.
