Does high blood pressure make you tired all the time, or is

Does high blood pressure make you tired all the time, or is that low?
High blood pressure does not typically cause a person to feel tired, but low blood pressure can.

It is possible that over time, high blood pressure can cause other medical problems that can cause tiredness, such as heart or kidney disease, but the blood pressure, itself, will not cause tiredness.

On the other hand, low blood pressure can frequently present with vague or non-specific symptoms, including fatigue or tiredness.

In either event, it is easy to measure blood pressure to see if it is high or low.

Is 100 on the bottom considered high?
Yes, a bottom blood pressure reading (referred to as the diastolic blood pressure) of 100 is elevated in the mild-moderate range. If it is consistently running at this level, then it would be better to treat it. Since the risk associated with mild-moderate elevation in blood pressure takes years to develop, there is no urgency to treat it, and it would be reasonable to first try lifestyle interventions (healthy diet, avoidance of salt, regular exercise, etc.), but if it remains elevated to this level, it would be better to treat it with medicines.
