Hello. I would like to help you find an answer.
Have you seen an endocrinologist yet and had PTH checked?
i have seen an endocrinologist about my thyroids.
this blood work was done by gynecologist and showed high calcium, sodium high, chloride low i read that the parathyroids can affect electrolytes.

You should make an appointment with the endocrinologist as well.
