Hello,
Welcome at JA.
Is she taking any medicines?
Please reply to my questions.
It looks that you are not on line .
No she is taking nothing at all
The low sex libido in females are generally there due to various reasons which includes-
-Taking medicines like tranqulizers or sedative.
--Pelvic adhesions after surgery.
-Infection of vagina
-High prolactin levels in blood
-Near menopause
-Alcoholism
-Stress or anxiety
-Pain during intercourse due to psychological or organic reasons.
It looks from your details that she is also suffering from pain during sex with lack of desire.
The presence of sensitive breast may be there with this due to either hormonal imbalance or due to formation of post operative adhesions.
She should have a complete evlauation of her female hormones as well as lutenizing hormone with a ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF ABDOMEN to rule out adhesion in abdomen.
The adhesions in abdomen are liable for pain during sex .The pelvic inflammatory disease can also be the reason which can be ruled out on ULTRASONOGRAPHY .
You should consult to a gynecologist for her problem.
Hope this will help you.
