Welcome to justanswer.
Does he suffer from any medical condition or take any medications?
No , he is very healthy with no medications. The first time it happened was a week ago, then last night and this morning. We begin to have sex and then it happens.
There are lot many causes for such symptoms and it commonly a temporary issue rather than a permanent.
Common causes are infections, stress, fatigue, depression, diabetes, antidepressant or nerve related issues etc.
Delayed ejaculation treatment depends on the underlying cause.
Are you still there?
Yes, I am there.Please ask.
Medications sometimes used to treat delayed ejaculation include Amantadine (Symmetrel) , Bupropion (Wellbutrin, others) .Buspirone (BuSpar, Vanspar) ,Cyproheptadine (Periactin) ,Yohimbine
If depression or anxiety are likely causes then counseling can prove helpful.
Most ideal approach would be to see doctor if these symptoms persist or progress.
Please ask if there are doubts.
Are you there?
His ejeculation is not delayed. His normal ejeculation time is quite long, He has no control over this and it just seeps out even as he walks away. I was thinking a possible infection.
Yes, infection is commonest cause of such symptom.
A urine analysis can help to know if there is infection.
We met 3 months ago. His wife died a yr and a half ago. And we have had sex unstop. Possibly too much, maybe he is over worked?
As I mentioned earlier fatigue can be one of the cause.I guess both you should give it some time, generally such symptoms are temporary.
Please do ask if there are doubts.
Yes, we have slept together since we met, and both of us are not getting enough sleep. He is an unusual 65 yr old
I guess good rest can prove helpful in his case.
