Shortness of breath?
Pain in abdomen?

Since how long you have these symptoms?

For the past few hours, intermittenly.

No shortness of breath, no abdomen pain, no nausea, no known past medical issue

Tightness in throat, pain in between shoulder blades can occur due to-
-Angina
-Gall bladder disease.
It is possible that you may be suffering from Angina pain.

You need to undergo few tests-
-Blood tests, such as a blood count, glucose and cholesterol level and specific blood tests for heart damage.
-EKG should be done.

Further management will be advised after clinical examination and tests.
I suggest that you should not delay and rush to ER ASAP.
You should get immediate medical care .
