I have been having loose watery stools every day for about a year now, and I hvae tracked my food intake and there seems to be no common denominator. It usually occurs about 3pm, about 90 minutes after lunch and sometimes even after dinner (if I eat dinner). What could be some possible causes or treatments for me?

Hello. I would like to help you find an answer.

2 things that come to mind are celiac disease and irritable bowel.

I suggest you see a GI doctor to evaluate.

What I am wondering now, is I had an appendectomy in August....Wouldn't something have shown up on the CT scan if it were a structural problem or something of the sort?

Yes, most likely if it were structural.

However, you wouldn't be able to detect IBS or celiac on a scan.
