I am an ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialist and can help you in this.

Please provide the following information:

How long have you been having this infection?

What symptoms are you having now?

Have any investigations been done like CT scan of the sinuses?

You are having chronic sinus infection.

But I would not recommend using Hydrogen peroxide at all for sinus rinse. It is a very strong antiseptic having an effervescent property. It is not at all needed for sinus rinsing.

For sinus rinses, you should use normal saline solution, that is, salt water solution only.

Instead, steps I would recommend for you are:

Consult a specialist - an ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist.
Discuss about your symptoms and recurrent infection.
Ask for a CT scan of the nose and sinuses - this is very important.
Ask about the following conditions - DNS, OMU block, Mucosal hypertrophy, Polypoidal change (note them down if necessary).
Ask if a surgery called FESS is required or if medicines alone will help.

These steps will help in getting proper treatment for your condition.

You may also discuss these with your family physician/pcp if you cannot get an early ENT appointment.

Do not use the hydrogen peroxide.

Some other steps you can take for now are:
Fluids: drink plenty of water.
Humidifier: use a humidifier in your room since drying of the sinuses can cause this.
Warm compresses: warm compresses on the sinus areas will give relief.
Vit. C supplement: 1000 mg Vit. C supplements daily (available OTC).
N- Acetyl Cysteine: this is a supplement available at natural food stores which helps drainage.

You can try these steps, they will be of help in enhancing the natural drainage of the sinuses and you will get relief.
