why do i get dizzy spells when i lay down to sleep is it from an old injury or sinus the injury was in 1992 when i my vertrbrae pinch my nerves and even now thing are good on my right arm good.. but i also have sinus trouble

dry mouth, warm some pain in my right arm and i fall to sleep
