Hello, welcome to just answer and thank you for your question.

Do you have dry skin?

Are the scabs on both ears?

Before scab formation do you get anyblisters?

I am still online while you provide me the above info.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Yes, I live in a dry climate and I swim alot.

Scabs appear in both ears.

No blisters prior to scab

The scabs may be due to dry skin with perhaps a mild fungal infection . The scabs may also be due to dandruff , if you have this problem.

You should use aloe vera cream over the scabs and stop picking them. Try to avoid swimming for a few days and keep your ears mositurized. You should also use an antibacterial antifungal cream like fucidin which will control any infection in the skin.
