Welcome to and thanks for your question.
Any associated skin discoloration, redness on affected area?
Any other medical history like diabetes, hypertension?
Are you taking any medications?
Since how long have you been suffering from?
Do you feel pain in legs while walking and relieved on rest?
Lower back pain?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Hello, thanks for the quick reply. No, there is no discoloration, just puffyness. Aches mostly after walking awhile. Better after resting with feet up. I have a family history with RA on Mother's side and heart issues on Father's. I take no meds. Is a diuretic recommended?

Thanks for providing more information.
Well fluid retention can result in swollen feet and sitting/standing in same position for prolonged hours, venous insufficiency,Peripheral arterial disease,Lymphatic obstruction, underlying cardiac, liver, kidney pathology,Arthritis can result in such swelling.
So it is advised to consult your doctor for a clinical examination and undergo CBC,RFT,Liver function test,Urinalysis,Color doppler study of lower limbs,EKG for further evaluation and management.
You should take short breaks of rest while doing work.
Also do regular exercises.
Elevate and exercise your legs.
I hope this helps.
